2010            Selena Corbett received Summer Research Stipend at University of Puget Sound and was selected as Summer 2010 Richard Bangs Collier Scholar ($3,500).

2010              Best student poster award for Laura Villasana, Oregon Chapter Society for Neuroscience Meeting, McMinnville, Oregon.

2010               Best annual postdoctoral paper award Behavioral Neuroscience Department for Brian Piper.

2010           Mati Agam, previous ASE student, won first in category Behavioral and Social Sciences and best of fair at Beaverton-Hillsboro Science Expo. Also received a recognition from the The American Psychological Association. Selected to compete in International Fair in St Jose. At ISEF won US Air Force 1st place award ($3,000) in the special awards ceremony and 2nd place in the category behavioral and social sciences in grand awards ceremony ($1,500).

2007         At the Intel NW Science Expo Wendy Gwendalyn McGinnins won first place in her category (a gold medal and $50). In addition, she won two special awards. The first was from the U.S. Air Force for an "Outstanding Project" and came with a messenger bag, a WiFi hotspot finder, a jumpdrive, a ballpoint pen, and a pad folio. The second award was from the American Statistical Association for "Excellence in Statistics," which came with an HP calculator and $100.

2003 Adrianne Chesser wins three first place awards in the Category Gerontology, including an award from the Oregon Geriatric Education Center, and first place awards in the Regional and State Fairs at the Intel NW Science Expo.
